But in case you really can’t tell, you only need to provide the telephone number that you used for the last order, we can instantly check it. In addition, we use electronic receipts which are automatically sent by the Fixes system; this receipt states clearly the repair time, place, order telephone number, washing machine brand and model, and information from Fixes company. Therefore, all you need to do is to search the key words of “washing machine”, “repair” or other relevant words in your mailbox and you will easily find the last repair receipt.
This is also why we send electronic receipts and do not encourage hand-written receipts.
