You must provide the brand of your washing machine; as for the model, it does depend on the problem. However if you want to obtain an accurate quotation, and to allow us to allocate the relevant parts to reduce the number of visits, we suggest you provide the washing machine model when ordering.

The brand of the washing machine can usually be found to the left or right of the control panel, and the model will usually be found on the control panel, door frame, purchase receipt, energy label or sticker on the back. If you can’t find the brand or model, please use your mobile phone to take a picture of the washing machine’s control panel and all the places with stickers, and send to us through Whatsapp or email, to let us help you identify the brand and model of your washing machine.

Apart from this, you only need to provide basic information such as detailed address and telephone number. In addition, you will receive an electronic receipt from our Fixes system after the repair, therefore, please provide your email address to our engineer after the repair.
