After the repair, you will have a 3-month warranty. Should the same problem occur during the warranty period, you can arrange for us to do an on-site inspection and repair it for free; in the case that it is not repairable, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid except for the $380 first time on-site inspection fee.

What does the same problem mean?
For example, the last complaint was that the washing machine light was on but water wouldn’t flow in; after 3 months, when after switching on, the light comes on but water doesn’t flow in, this is considered the same problem. On the contrary, if this time the problem was that the machine didn’t turn after water flowed in, it will be considered a different problem. Based on the customer’s earlier repair and the latest description on the telephone call and the results of the engineer’s on-site inspection, in identifying if they are the same problem, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

What happens when it is a different problem?
This problem is very rare, but if your washing machine unfortunately has other problems during the warranty period, you will only be charged for parts, we will not charge for manpower.
